Construction Carpenter (Skilled)

5+ years commercial and/or residential construction experience REQUIRED

We are currently looking for a Commercial and Residential Carpenters. Must have experience in rough framing, finish carpentry, hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware.

Projects include: Schools, Office Buildings, Church's, Industrial Construction, Remodeling, CUSTOM HOMES

Commercial Superintendent: (Must have 5 years foreman or superintendent experience)

NEW CONSTRUCTION and REMODELING

Commercial Construction Onsite Management experience with projects ranging from $5-25 Million. Schools - Church’s - Detention Facilities - Manufacturing - Office - and more!

Main Job Task and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and supervises all onsite construction project activities.

• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

• Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.

• Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.

• Understands the project plans and specifications, project layout.

• Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.

• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.

• Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.

• Maintains an organized and clean job site.

• Wears tool belt and performs carpentry work, steel erection, welding, and misc work.

• Layout and read blueprints

• Coordinates and supervises all onsite construction project activities from dirt work to final completion.

• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.

• Orders materials, equipment, and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.

• Understand City Codes

• Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.

• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately. 10Hour OSHA Recommended

• Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.

• Maintains an organized and clean job site.

• Wears tool belt and performs carpentry work, framing, windows, siding, soffits, roofing, interior trim, and cabinets, and misc. work.

Certified Crane Operator/Mechanic

CRANE OPERATOR -45 Ton Terex Crossover

Must prove experience operating cranes and rough terrain forklifts as well as show proof of NCCCO certification to operate cranes of a type and size required by project, and be able to maintain that certification

Must be able to pass all NCCCO certification physical and drug tests

Must be knowledgeable about crane rigging, hand signals and load charts

Must be physically capable and willing to carry 40 to 60 pounds

Class A CDL is Required

We are looking for a qualified individual to draft and help design residential custom homes and light commercial projects. Attention to detail and quality is required for this position.

Other duties may include project management, estimating and scheduling.

Job Requirements:

Software Skills: Chief Architect (preferred), Autocad/Revit, Procore

Planswift, Bluebeam Microsoft Office including Excel

Associated Degree in related field, or two year college / technical school

Five years experience in Drafting and Design required
